Happaratus

Happaratus is a power tool that is worn as a glove and enables a user to shape and sculpt hard materials such as wood or stone using the hand. The tool has great potential for disrupting traditional crafts, as it opens up the possibility of creating very complex shapes with a very intuitive workflow. A prototype has been tested by artisans from various disciplines including stone-carving and furniture restoration. David Neat, a London based sculptor used a Happaratus prototype to create Grinlings, a series of beautiful wooden objects.

Big Trimmer

The Big Trimmer reflect well machined solid body that respects simple rule: less is more. It’s a strong side’s testament of a simple milling and sheet of metal processes and it allows to excel the function of a device without any distractions. The device has two main parts in geometrical form of block base and cylinder, where in block base the hard work is done and in upper cylinder the soft part of work is done. Its not symbolic, its differently named logic.

Pinta

"Pinta" has been designed to optimize the process of handcrafted sausage tying. Due to the delicacy of the casing with which the artisan sausages are made, current automatic machines can not be used. Pinta treats in a subtle way the delicate gut, and the operator can optimize this process that is currently done by hand. It occupies very little space and its cost is low. Stainless steel, its curved aesthetics follow the path of the gut, inviting the operator to use it.
