CNC Machining Center

CNC Machining Center is a computer numerical control machine tool for metal processing. Milling, boring, drilling, tapping and thread cutting are combined in one device, so a single machine covers many production needs. A tool magazine holds various cutting and inspection tools, which are selected and changed automatically by the program during machining. The body measures 2090 by 3435 by 2678 millimeters and is made of metal. The form is intended to express precision and technology while meeting ergonomic requirements.

TNK-50N

TNK-50N is a large engineering vehicle designed to reprocess waste concrete into permeable bricks. The vehicle is built from separate modules for crushing, collection and reprocessing. Waste concrete is collected, crushed, screened and cleared of impurities in the front unit, then moved to the rear unit, where additives are mixed in and the material is pressed and cured in a permeable brick mold. Carbon fiber and recycled plastics keep the weight low while adding strength. Driverless technology guides the working process, and additives can be refilled by hand through a side interface.

Anycubic Photon Nex

Anycubic Photon Nex is a three-dimensional printer designed for desktop use. The printer includes an automatic leveling function, so the platform reaches a horizontal position without manual adjustment. The first printed layer therefore bonds well to the platform. A built-in ultra-quiet driver chip keeps the operating noise below 45 decibels, so printing in a bedroom does not disturb rest. One button opens the front cover, which slides upward without manual effort. The silver-gray body follows a simple form inspired by spaceship cabins and portholes.

FY

FY is an air floating carrying case designed to move heavy loads on the ground. The complete set weighs about 25 kilograms and can move objects of up to 16 tons. Compressed air is supplied to four air floating modules, and a thin film of air is formed under each module to reduce friction. No assembly tools and no consumables are needed, and the floor is not damaged during handling. The movement is free of shaking, which protects both the workers and the transferred objects. FY can be used alone or together with gantry cranes and forklifts.

Ultra High Vacuum Sputtering System

High Vacuum Sputtering System is a machine that deposits metal and dielectric thin films on substrates up to 300 millimetres. The system uses magnetron sputtering sources powered by radio frequency, direct current or pulsed direct current, working in single mode or in co-deposition mode. A modular structure allows simple installation, transport and maintenance. The housing is made of cold rolled steel with sheet metal forming and spray finishing, an aluminium inner frame and a translucent grey acrylic cover. The control screen follows ergonomic principles.

Sar Jane

Sar Jane is a hammer with adjustable weight. Most hammers on the market have a fixed weight, so several hammers are often kept for different tasks. Sar Jane has a movable metal slider on the handle. The slider is turned counterclockwise to unlock, moved along the handle, and then turned clockwise to lock again. With the slider held low on the handle, the head feels lighter and precise control is easier. With the slider moved up to the head, the impact force increases. One tool made of alloy steel covers both light and heavy tasks.
